The Upper Willamette Soil & Water Conservation District is a public conservation service agency that works with a backbone of staff and publicly elected Board of Directors to enhance the health, economic benefits, and quality of life for the citizens within our watersheds. Our vision is for lands and waters in the region that sustain farms, forests, wildlife and communities. Though it has always been our mandate (given our elected board) to represent our community, we realize we haven’t made an intentional effort to truly represent and serve all of the communities in our District.
