Meeting Calendar

HB2560 requires that all Oregon public meetings held by a governing body of a public body, excluding executive sessions, must provide to members of the public an opportunity to access and attend the meeting by telephone, video or other electronic or virtual means. All of our meetings will offer video conference, and telephone call in options.

Important Notes:

• Click on the meeting you’re interested in attending to find the Agenda, past meeting minutes, and zoom/telephone link.
• Board Meetings are held in person with an option to join virtually via Zoom, and via telephone.
• Committee meetings will be offered virtually via Zoom, and via telephone.
• The annual meeting is a time for the public to join and give feedback to our district.
• Interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL) available upon request with 48 hours notice.
