The Upper Willamette Soil and Water Conservation District (UWSWCD) is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join its team. This position serves to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within our District. The Administrative Assistant serves to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within our District. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reception, administrative and clerical support; supporting the District Manager, Fiscal Officer, and other staff as necessary; as well as coordinating meetings based on public meeting law. This position is located at the office of the Upper Willamette SWCD in Eugene, Oregon although telecommuting may be required during the current health emergency. The Administrative Assistant is supervised by the District Manager.
